GG was amazing! Selling my rental property from afar was not something I could have handled with her. She was patient and understanding, with me and the tenants that were in the property. She listened to what was important to me and provided sound advice on how to navigate the real estate market. She is an out of the box thinker and that truly helped in my situation. The best realtor out there.

I cannot say enough about our fabulous realtor, Gayle Sfreddo. When my husband and I decided to sell our home & move to California, Gayle was our Number 1 Choice. We had been in our home for almost 20 years so we wanted everything with the house to be just right . Two months before our listing appointment Gayle came to see us to discuss the questions & concerns we had. She walked through our home with us, gave us suggestions on repairs/replacement, what items to pack & what items we would us in staging the house. When it was time for our listing appointment we were ready. Gayle had prepared a comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis which helped us decide on our asking price and a plan to move forward. Gayle scheduled a professional photo session, prepared beautiful brochures, ordered the For Sale sign up but the most important thing - she was right beside us. We had a contract in a little over a week. From contract ratification, to home inspection, to answering questions from the buyer’s agent, to settlement – Gayle always made sure everything was in proper order! Gayle is an A+ Realtor, very professional, knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, she puts her clients and their needs first, plus she will be your realtor for life. THANK YOU Gayle for being the amazing person that you are!

We needed an agent to help us sell our condo, a second home, and we knew no agents. We also didn't live there full-time. My husband met Gayle long enough one day to get a business card. When I called her and we met, I loved her. I really appreciated how conservative she was regarding what we should do to improve the condo (no new carpets--just clean them, no need to paint the whole unit--touch ups would be great, no staging necessary), she went through the entire selling process with me, she was very detail oriented, she was very calm explaining things we didn't understand, she was always on time and she was VERY helpful meeting folks there when we couldn't. It took only 13 days to sell which I'm sure had to do with her excellent and wide advertising, her professionalism and her ability to answer or research questions that came up from potential buyers and other agents. I recommend Gayle very highly. Over the years we've bought and sold a lot of property. We felt Gayle was the best agent we'd ever worked with.

GG was very helpful with guiding my fiancé and I during the journey of buying our first home. She was understanding and listened to everything we had to say. She was always one phone call away and answered all of our questions in a quick manner. GG is professional and makes you feel like you are not alone in the journey of finding/buying your dream home.

GG did a fantastic job at marketing our home and was able to get it under contract in two days. She is the ultimate professional at her trade. She kept us informed every step along the way, up to and through closing. If I’m ever in need of a Real Estate Agent in the NVA area, She’ll be the first person I call.

Gayle was an incredible asset in finding my dream home! When we first starting looking, I was all over the place geographically - not sure exactly where I wanted to live. Gayle helped me narrow that down and find the home that was right for me. She is professional, punctual, very knowledgeable, super responsive and FUN! She made a big decision seem “do-able”. Engage her for your house hunt (or sale)....you’ll find what you’re looking for and have fun while you hunt for the perfect home!

Gayle is very knowledgeable when it comes to the housing market and real estate in general. Had it not been for her, I probably would have been stuck with an overpriced house with a lot of problems; luckily, however, she was able to steer me away from bad choices, as well as educate me along the way. She was also very patient (which was required since we ended up looking at a whole lot of houses before I finally found one I liked), and she even made herself available for me AFTER I bought the house to answer questions! I will definitely be using her again whenever my husband and I decide to move. Thanks again Gayle!

My agent, Gayle Sfreddo, was very informative, as when we had started, we didn't know anything, nor were we prepared...with her patience and ability to explain each step clearly, we understood the process each step of the way. Further, her friendliness made house hunting enjoyable and she was available every time we called to see a house or with any questions we had for both selling our property and buying a property. Honestly, she made what could be very stressful, easier with her wonderful attitude and years of experience.
